PixInsight scripts for astrophotography
CaeloWorks builds scripts for PixInsight, the reference image-processing platform for astrophotography. Clean, robust PJSR tools to analyse, grade and process your images more efficiently.
The scripts
Each script has its own page: overview, screenshots, features and install.
Dark Frame Analyzer
Analyses your dark-frame series and rejects out-of-spec frames before WBPP stacking.
Session Cinema
Your stack building itself on video, and the zoom from the whole sky down to your image: your sessions become movies.
Distributed WBPP
Run PixInsight's WBPP across several PCs on your local network, transparently.
Sky Intruders
Identify what crossed your subframes, and hunt the hidden treasures in your images: quasars, galaxies, asteroids.
YAGEx
Remove sky background gradients without taking away the faint nebulosity that cost you hours of exposure.
PixInsight
What is PixInsight?
PixInsight is the reference image-processing platform for astrophotography, developed by Pleiades Astrophoto and available on Windows, macOS and Linux. It can be extended through processes and scripts written in PJSR (PixInsight JavaScript Runtime), which is exactly what CaeloWorks builds.
