Cookies and audience measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 for anonymous audience measurement. No measurement cookie is set without your explicit consent: by default everything is denied (Consent Mode v2), and the analytics library is loaded only after you accept.

You can accept or decline through the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored for up to 13 months and can be changed at any time via the Cookies link in the footer or the button below.

YAGEx licence keys and your personal data

To issue a YAGEx licence key we process one item of personal data: your email address. Optionally, and only if you tick the separate box, we also record your consent to be told about new releases.

Purpose and legal basis. The address is used to send you your key, to send it again if you lose it, and to bind the key to a holder. That is the performance of the service you requested. Release announcements rest on your separate, optional consent, which you can withdraw at any time: getting a key never requires it.

Recipients. Emails are delivered by Resend (Resend Inc., United States), acting as our processor. Your address is transmitted to them for that sole purpose. It is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone else.

Retention. Your address is kept for as long as your key is valid, so that we can send it again. An unconfirmed registration is deleted after 48 hours.

Your rights. You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. Deleting your address also revokes the key bound to it.
